Not very user-friendly

Worst app EVER! About to switch banks because of it. Sooo generic and not user friendly at all. Can't open statements. Very few options. No idea where my money is coming from or going. Can't look at daily or weekly transactions with this app. PLEASE IMPROVE ASAP!!!
