LoopClose is a simple corrective and preventive action (CAPA) tracker for quality, maintenance and operations teams, and for anyone who has ever lost track of a fix. Log the problem, record what you did to contain it, find the root cause, assign the actions, and follow up until the loop is closed.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Create CAPA records with an automatic number (CAPA-001), a title, source, severity, area, owner and due date.
- Move each record through six steps: Open, Containment, Root cause, Actions, Verify, Closed.
- Work out the root cause with a 5-Why worksheet: ask why up to seven times and write the root cause in your own words.
- Add action items, corrective or preventive, each with an owner and a due date. Tick them off as they are done.
- See what needs attention on the home screen: overdue CAPAs, those due this week, and late action items.
- Attach photos as evidence.
- Search and filter your records, or see every action item across all CAPAs in one list.
- Share a clean text summary through your phone's share sheet.
