RICOMS

The ACI RICOMS network management application allows user and operators to easily access, manage and configure ACI equipment through user’s mobile phone.

The ACI RICOMS app provides the following functions and management capabilities:

Configuration Management
- Network Management: Allows users to add, edit and delete device elements and network groups.
- Device Configuration: Allows user to configure device parameters under the device configuration page.
- Bookmark Function: Allows user to add specific device elements to the bookmarks page for quick navigation and access to the device setting page.

Performance Management
- Dashboard Function: Displays detail statistics about device alarms and device status.
- Monitoring Chart: Allows users to view and export RICOMS’s monitoring chart which records and displays all device’s critical parameters value and display them in graphical or table display.

Fault Management
- Real-Time Alarm: Monitor and view all real-time device alarms received from operator’s network devices with alarm severity.
- Alarm History: Allows user to view and search all historical SNMP alarms sent by device elements with custom filters.

Inventory Management
- Network Element: Allows users to export all detail information of all device elements and network groups added under ACI RICOMS.

Security Management
- System Log: Allows administrators to view system log records on ACI RICOMS which records all user/operator action on the NMS.
- User Account: Allows administrator to add, edit and delete user accounts with detail information and different account privileges.
- Advanced Settings: Allows administrators to configure advance security settings for the ACI RICOMS.
