2026-08-23	Li*****	2 stars in honor of how it used to be a good app, otherwise I'd give 1 star. Now it takes a year to get one measly payout. App consistently does not award all points from Samsung Health. Have messaged support multiple times, they ask for screen shots, then nothing. They don't respond and it isn't fixed. I'm one of many with this issue.

2026-08-22	Su*****	Zero response from customer support. the latest update wants to send a code to your phone to verify your reward instead of your email. But it just gives you an error when you hit redeem saying that it can't send a code to your phone and to contact customer support. hmmm so you want people's data without paying them. I have used this app since it was called Achievement. I will gladly change my review if they resolve this issue and actually respond to me.

2026-08-20	Ma*****	I'm not sure what happened but Evidation started off great. They helped me connect my EHR w/o any trouble. But when the 7,000 pts didn’t show up, everything changed. I’ve been reaching out since July 20, and all I get is the same generic response asking for screenshots of the issue I’ve already sent and described multiple times. After that, nothing. No follow‑up, no resolution, no real support. If you're thinking about using the app, just be aware of how they handle problems once they happen.

2026-08-19	Me*****	At first I loved the app, and there were so many opportunities to earn points. Now I am lucky to get 75-100 points a week, so to earn 10,000 points takes over a year! Doesn't consistently sync with my Samsung Health, so missing out on Sleep and Vitals points. And now if you cash out they charge you a $1, from the whole $10 you earned. That is wild! Disappointing how far downhill you have gone.
