2025-01-17	SU*****	It's a really ridiculous service I ever used as my employer send me my weges in to the account they straight away suspended my account I send all the required documents although I am waiting for their reply since last 9 days every time I called and emailed to them they said you account still in review and we can't provide exact time frame I am waiting for my money as need to pay my rent they can't understand your situation just want to say it's a ridiculous service please never used it

You ask for help and then they reply and then close the call, which deletes the entire conversation history so you've no idea what they said to you if you don't read it the exact second they send it. Also posted adverts online advertising cashback, only way to see the terms is to open an account in the app (Nothing on website) and on signing up the cashback offer isn't even valid anymore. Not sure why anyone would trust their money to a place like this.

Why they're asking for Visa if i already have a valid brp and Status, even high street banks are not asking such personal informations, and this third-class app is asking for these. Thanks God, I've not completely sign up with them.
