I had used their software years ago and decided to try it again. After deciding to not use their software after the trial period, I started to receive email spam non stop. Tried to unsubscribe and now seems worse. Their unending spam is now directed to the spam box. I will never consider using or trialing their software again because of this. Definitely not the same experience from my first use years ago. Definitely untoward results... now.

It doesn't work when needed! It will randomly just start sometimes, when I least expect it to! I cannot rely on it to work when I want it to, which is frustrating! Maybe I should wait for 5 to 15 minutes for it to work, I really don't know! When it works, it is great! It is either heads or tails !
