CANCELLATION THAT IS ACTUALLY FAIR
Plans change. Our refund tiers are fixed, published up front, and approved automatically — never left to a salon's discretion:
• More than 24 hours before: 100% refund
• 6–24 hours before: 90% refund
• 3–6 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 hours before, or a no-show: no refund

If a salon cancels your confirmed booking, you receive 100% back regardless of timing, with no deduction. Reschedule free up to 3 hours before your appointment, twice per booking. Wallet refunds are instant; card, UPI and net banking refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED
• Location is optional. Grant it to find salons near you and prefill your address at booking, or decline it and type a location instead.
• Microphone is used only when you choose to call our support team from inside the app.
• Notifications keep you posted on confirmations, reminders, payments and refunds. Turn categories off any time in Profile > Notifications.
