Overall this is a really good app. However, the biometric feature is too fickle ( sometimes it works, other times it doesn't). Please fix this. Biometric features on most apps work fine - it should work on this app as well. Update: as of 11/7/24, the biometric feature still doesn't work. This feature works fine on other apps but not this one, but so it's not on my end. Please fix this. Thanks

What a useless app! The website isn't mobile friendly, so I downloaded the app to be able to submit a claim... however it won't take me past the login page. Can't use the website. Can't use the app... Both are about as useful as the actual insurance is.
