Condominium Access Control is the official app for residents, security guards, and administrators of your condominium. Manage visitors, passes, amenities, payments, and more from your phone or tablet.

FOR RESIDENTS
• Visitor Passes: Generate QR or numeric codes for your visitors (with or without a car, on foot, with a specific time). The security guard validates the code at the entrance.

• My Visits: Schedule, edit, and view your visits; register vehicle, cone number, and any observations.

• Notify Service: Notify the security guard when you are expecting a service provider; the guard clocks in from the app.

• My Payments: Check your payment status, periods, and outstanding balances.

• Financial Information: Review expenses, charts, and summaries for your property.

• Amenities: Reserve common areas (pool, lounge, etc.) by the day or by the hour; check availability and your reservations.

• Regulations and Documents: Access condominium documents.

• • Directory: Browse categories and recommended service providers for the condominium.

• Suggestions: Send suggestions or reports to the administrator.

• My Property: Manage tenants, pets, and registered vehicles; contacts for your home and call order (owners).

• Neighbor Status: Check the collection status of the complex (if enabled).

• Change password and log out from your profile.

FOR SECURITY GUARDS
• Validate entry: Scan the QR code or enter the pass's numerical code; the app shows if you are authorized, which home you are visiting, and the visitor's information.

• Register exit: Scan or enter the code upon leaving to close the registration.

• Active visits: List of visitors currently inside the condominium; filter by vehicles or pedestrians.

• Entry history: View the entry and exit log.

• Service notifications: List of services reported by residents; mark them as completed when they arrive.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Catalogs: View tenants, pets, and vehicles by property; Search and listing grouped by house.

• Billing: billing table by category, year, and property; details by house and payments.

• Amenities: approve or reject amenity reservation requests made by residents.

• Alerts: review alerts and suggestions sent by residents; respond or follow up from the app.
