2024-05-27	Ch*****	Having resubd to this app after letting our current one run out thinking my son wasn't interested anymore, it does not recognise my subscription and only asks me to sign up again, where upon it tells me I've already got a subscription (yeah, I know!!) 1hr 45mins onto Amazon Support and they ran out of things to suggest and told me to email the developers. No reply after 2 weeks and a very upset boy who is on the Autism spectrum and doesn't understand. Will try the other email I've seen on here.

2024-02-01	Ja*****	Cant change game language. Ive already seen a review about this half a year ago, so dont get your hopes up. Edit: my phone is english, country of download is dutch. Game is in english... Been using the app several days now. On tablet and phone you keep the buttons. Now way to turn it off. My todler keeps on closing the app because of that.

2023-10-10	Un*****	I'm very disappointed. Spend nearly 2 downloading it after paying for the subscription. Got on a 4 hour flight to put this on for the kids, and Pop says it needs Internet. I was absolutely very annoyed.

Multiple reinstalls, data flushes and reinstall and restarts attempted. Issues before seen with Family Link blocking access to premium service payment. Prompts for parent permission but not sent and app returns to error screen 😔

2022-03-29	Ni*****	Little boy loves the app and. I paid the years subscription however once he got a new device it won’t let me transfer it over. Support said to delete and reinstall but tried that and no joy so left with only being able to use the free things not what I’d also paid for sadly

2021-09-05	Ge*****	Perfect. My 2 year old has loved this app for almost a year. She can completely navigate herself around it including switching from games to episodes. Its her absolute favourite. Everything bing!
