AcadiaSys

AcadiaSys is your school’s app. Parents, students, and teachers each see the year’s essentials for their role: grades, homework, attendance, messages, and payments.

A school-issued or school-approved account is required to sign in. The app detects your role automatically at login.

FOR PARENTS • Follow each child’s schooling from one place • View report cards and published grades by subject • See absences and tardies for the year • Check the timetable • Track the balance, installments, and receipts, then pay (MonCash or card) • Pre-register a student and follow the file • Message a teacher and receive school messages • See activities and trips

FOR STUDENTS • View grades, report cards, and ranking • See homework due and submit work • Track absences and the timetable • Receive school messages and events

FOR TEACHERS • Enter grades by class • Create and follow homework • Message students • Receive school alerts

EVERY DAY • Notifications for grades, homework, absences, and payments • Several schools possible: choose yours when you sign in • Unlock with fingerprint or face recognition • Available in French and English

AcadiaSys does not replace the school office: to create an account, reset a password, or link a child, contact your school office.
