ABZEND Delivery is the work app for delivery drivers of companies that operate with ABZEND. It's not a general-use app: to access it, your company must register you.

HOW TO USE IT DURING THE DAY

Load the route. You scan the code on each package as you load it into the vehicle. The app tells you instantly if the package is yours, if you've already scanned it, or if it needs to be returned to the station, and it keeps track of how many you're carrying. A notification sounds after each scan, so you can look at the package instead of the screen.

Verify before leaving. Before starting your route, the app checks that no packages are missing from the load. If the labels weren't printed and there's nothing to scan, you can declare an exception, noting who authorized it.

Make deliveries. You see your stops on a map, in the order that best suits you, with the address and contact information for each one.

Confirm delivery. Take the photo, collect the signature, and note the recipient's name. That's proof the shipment arrived.

IT WORKS EVEN WITHOUT SIGNAL

If you're delivering in an area with no coverage, the evidence is saved on your phone and sent automatically as soon as the connection is restored. You don't have to remember anything or repeat the process.

LOCATION TRACKING WHILE ON THE ROUTE

Once you're on a route, the app shares your location with the company you're delivering for, even with the screen off or the app running in the background. This allows the office to track the delivery and lets the recipient follow the package.

It turns off when you complete the route. Outside of an active route, the app does not share your location.

The app does NOT keep a history of your route: it only retains your last known location, which is overwritten with each update.

WHAT THE APP DOESN'T DO

It doesn't display ads. It doesn't sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. It doesn't use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
It doesn't listen to your microphone or read your contacts, calendar, or messages.
