Buyers publish RFQs, RFIs and RFPs from structured templates built for procurement, with optional AI assistance to draft the scope. You decide who sees each request: all matching suppliers, your preferred list only, or post anonymously. Proposals arrive in a consistent format — price breakdown, delivery time, validity and attachments — so you can compare them side by side, shortlist the strongest, message suppliers for clarification, and award. Every other bidder is notified automatically.

Suppliers see only the opportunities that match their registered activities and products, filtered by type, category, deadline or keyword. Submit a structured proposal with a full price breakdown and supporting documents, save drafts, edit before the deadline, and track every submission from viewed to shortlisted to awarded, talking to buyers directly in the thread. PROQ runs fully in English and Arabic, and requires a UAE Pass account and a valid UAE trade licence.
