2024-11-26	Na*****	I have an issue with the third party courier company that always spins an excuse about why my order could not reach me on time, and the fact that no one from Absolute Pets follows up on orders after they've been placed or lets me know that there is a delay, I always need to contact them. No follow through. My poor pets always left starving! Defeats the purpose of the GoFetch option available.

2024-11-23	It*****	The delivery fee has gone up to R60 when It used to be R35 very recently. I literally live 10 minutes away from the store and only ever order small things like treats and toys. It doesn't make sense for me to keep using this service going forward, which is why I'm uninstalling. Edit to your response: I've selected the go-fetch option, and I'm still getting R60 as my delivery fee. I'll send an email along with a screenshot of my issue.

2024-11-12	Ev*****	I placed my 1st order(04/11/24) only to realize it's the wrong product. The store has been trying to help me. But the go fetch support is of no help. I sent a WhatsApp yesterday as well as an email and there is no response what so ever. They don't have any customer service. I would have bought instore but because I got a voucher last month I decided to use the voucher. This was seriously a waste of time. Now I need to get my dogs food ! 12/11/24 waiting for refund. Don't use the app!!!!

2024-10-04	Ba*****	I find using this app confusing to use. According to the app my payment was authorised, but this was incorrect. It actually was only authorized late today. It would help if the app showed clearer and correct status updates and communicated these with customers better. I'm in Gqeberha (PE) and this is the second time that I haven't received my delivery in the time selected due to the slow payment processing although I ordered the day before for late afternoon today.

2024-09-10	Co*****	Update : Have changed my review, Absolute Pets has managed to sort out the app issue and my payment has now gone through for my order. Thank you to Andrew and the team for the swift response and getting this sorted asap. I placed an order, went to checkout to pay and payment will not go through. Re-attempted payment 6 more times, won't go through. I double checked my details and I have the payment for the order, it won't go through on the app.
