2025-01-16	Ma*****	Been using the app for a while it works but won't trust it like today on the 16th I missed work because they said that no busses are going to be running today and on new years I missed work to because they said there was busses running so waited waited at the bus stop and no bus so if I get fired it's probably because this app ..

2024-07-05	Jo*****	It has false times for the 155 bus. This falsity ruined my day. One of those times is incorrect. It doesnt know It is ridiculous that you don't have the times for the 790. So I give you a 2. It would be higher if I wasn't late to work because of the long long wait for the 790. It is dumb to even call it the rapid ride. It should actually be discontinued since it was discriminatory since it was created.p p ppp0 pop pqa.0

2024-05-30	Ro*****	This is the most useful app I have on my phone. Without this app I would never be on time and would spend the majority of my travel time sitting at bus stops all over Albuquerque! Now, only if the bus drivers would honor the schedule they are to follow rather than arriving, anywhere from, 2 minutes to 10 minutes early, life would be a lot less stressful. I'd much rather the bus be behind schedule instead of ahead of schedule. All in all ABQ RIDE gets two thumbs up!!

Yes, the buses are not always on time, but this app indicates almost exactly when the bus will arrive at a stop. Totally eliminates guesswork. This app, along with free rides, makes using the bus system quite nice.

2023-12-19	Ki*****	I was so disappointed when I realized Transloc doesn't work with ABQ - this is better timewise, it would be a big help if it showed the live location of the bus though. 4/5

Next day schedules would help, so us dependent on the transit system can figure out when we need to be at bus stops, which routes may be faster, etc. Not only did some of the buses NOT SHOW UP today, some were SUPER late & drivers kept missing where I needed to be let off, so I didn't have to hobble with my cane across WAAAY busier streets. By the time I got to 1 biz, my blood sugar had dropped TOO MUCH, also

Update : this is still my go-to app for using the alb bus system for all the same reasons stated earlier however ,I have not been as confident as I was .I am reasonably sure that fault lies with the app, but since the changes made by the transit authority have apparently negativly affected reliability and the drivers attitudes .
