Reparto Vet

RepartoVet is a B2B management tool for the internal operational organization of veterinary hospital wards, reserved exclusively for authorized veterinary clinics and hospitals.
It is a work tool for authorized veterinary staff (veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and ward staff) and is used to coordinate internal activities, shifts, operational records, and information related to hospitalized non-human animals, such as dogs, cats, and other animals.
With RepartoVet, authorized staff can:
- consult the list of hospitalized animal patients and the occupancy status of rooms, pens, or cages;
- maintain an operational file for the animal patient with information such as species, breed, weight, internal code, operational notes, allergies indicated by the facility, and the owner's contact information;
- organize ward activities using recurring templates, reminders, deadlines, and completion logs assigned to the team;
- record operational observations entered manually by staff during the shift;
- keep track of veterinary tests already prescribed by the responsible veterinarian;
- manage the animal's feeding plan and ward operational information;
- Record the administrations administered by authorized personnel to the animal based on veterinary prescriptions already defined by the veterinarian;
- Use operational checklists defined by the facility for routine procedures;
- Synchronize data with the RepartoVet management system used by the facility.
Access and Audience
RepartoVet is a B2B app for internal use. Access is restricted to users authorized by the veterinary facility using login credentials. There is no public registration or user mode for consumers or pet owners. The app is not intended for the public.
What RepartoVet is NOT
- It is not a human health app: it does not collect, process, or display human health data and does not offer self-care, fitness, wellness, mental health, reproductive health, sleep, or other human health functions.
- It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, whether in animals or people.
- It does not provide medical, veterinary, or pharmacological advice and does not suggest diagnoses, treatments, dosages, or clinical decisions. Veterinary decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified veterinarian at all times.
- This is not a telemedicine service and does not offer advice to pet owners.
- It does not perform measurements or connect to medical devices, sensors, wearables, or Health Connect; it does not monitor parameters in real time or generate automatic clinical alerts.
All information is manually entered by authorized veterinary staff and is used exclusively for internal workflow, department coordination, and the maintenance of veterinary operational records.
