2024-12-18	Da*****	The system opens on page two making it very difficult to Register in order to be a customer. The only pages that open up ask for a membership number along with the my name. But as much as I check I can not find the page that allows me to receive a membership number so I can continue with the membership process. Frankly It is the most frustrsting bank or FCU I have ever applied to in 50 years. Perhaps it's is because I am 79 years old. Why do they make it so difficult to apply?

But the app works just fine, which is saying a lot for an app integrating with a browser-based site. 👍👍 Edit: Fantastic! I'm now set up with Quick Balance and it's wonderful! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

The only thing that I don't like is that it's not automated phone number so you can call to review your transactions you can do it online, or talk to one of the very co opertive bankers. I really like there banking app, but the Zell limits for out going $$ are low.
