Stockly is an inventory and warehouse tracking application for small and medium-sized businesses. Manage your shop, warehouse, or workshop inventory from your phone — without getting lost in paper lists and Excel files.

▍ SHELF-BASED WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

Establish a five-level location structure: Warehouse → Zone → Aisle → Shelf → Compartment. See at a glance which product is on which shelf and in what quantity. You don't have to use all of them; a single warehouse and a few shelves are sufficient for a small shop.

▍ DOCUMENT-BASED INVENTORY MOVEMENTS

Six movement types: Goods Receipt, Shipment, Transfer, Counting, Waste/Loss, and Correction. Every change is recorded as a document, allowing you to go back and answer the question "where did this product go?".

▍ SERIAL ENTRY — 40 ITEMS 10 MINUTES

Activate serial entry mode in goods receiving: the screen never changes, the focus remains on the barcode area, and each scan adds a line. You can connect handheld (HID) barcode scanners and work directly.

▍ COUNTING

Select scope, count, confirm — the application only writes the differences as movement. In quick counting mode, scanning increases the counted quantity. If you stop halfway, the draft is saved.

▍ COST AND VALUATION

A cost layer is created with each goods receiving. See your stock value using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) or weighted average method. Here is the number you will give to your accountant.

▍ REPORTS

• Inventory valuation — cost, sales value, gross margin
• ABC analysis — where to focus your attention
• Inventory aging — how long it has been sitting
• Turnover rate — fastest turning points
• Order list — items below minimum and recommended quantity

▍ BARCODE AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Scan barcodes, and product information will be automatically retrieved. If the barcode is not recognized, the new product addition screen will open with the code already filled in. You can take a photo of the product and introduce it to artificial intelligence, and receive name and category suggestions.

▍ ALERTS

Receive notifications for products nearing their expiration date and falling below the minimum level. You choose how many days in advance you want to be alerted.

▍ DATA TRANSFER AND BACKUP

Bulk product entry from Excel (.xlsx), printable PDF inventory report, barcode label PDF, and CSV. Full backup and restore also available in the free version — accessing your data is never tied to a subscription.

▍ IMPORTANT

Your stock data is stored only on your device; we do not have a copy. If your phone is lost, the data cannot be recovered. Take regular backups from Settings → Export data and store the backup outside your phone.

Stockly is not an accounting program. It does not offer e-invoicing, e-archiving, e-delivery note, or official ledger functions.
