Very shady communication and customer service. You're unwittingly subscribing to a plan and it will be a pain to try to unsubscribe, let alone get a refund for something you didn't know you were subscribed to in the first place.

Just bought a "personalized plan," and it's really just a platform for basic articles about how to be healthier (the stuff we all already know, like deep breathing, exercise, etc). Shouldn't need to pay for something this basic... Update to add: tried to cancel and was charged the following month without being informed (just saw it in my bank statement). Not reachable to cancel. Definitely a scam.
