2024-02-22	Ja*****	I just updated to the latest software 1.8.0 on my charging device. Still the energy plan does not work. If the device is connected via ethernet, would it be possible to run the updates without Bluetooth connection? Now the update is extremely slow.

2023-06-04	Da*****	Why I need wifi to load my charger every time I connect to the app? My charger is underground without wifi connected and to connect I need to remember enter the app from my home please store the charger locally on the phone. Also if the app would stop disconnecting me from my user every day it would be great, it's really annoying to enter username and password every time

2023-04-05	Ju*****	The charger is connected to WiFi but it rarely lets me connect using the app I'm only able to connect to it using Bluetooth. The charger is a couple of metres away from the router. Update - nothing changed but it suddenly connects most of the time remotely.

2023-03-13	Ni*****	Main reason for 1 star is, despite sending an email to the developer 3 times asking how to configure App, I have had no response. What is the point of providing Developer contact email if no response! Issues are 1) Stats show km added per charge but this depends on how many km/kWh the car does and no way to change in App. 2). Sometimes BT will not connect even when phone next to charger. 3) No instructions on how to configure App. 4. Appear to be very limited configuration options anyway.

2023-02-09	Om*****	Initially, the WIFI didn't work. I spent hours to solve this. Finally, the problem was solved. The ABB charger theoretically has an OCPP server connection option. However, it interferes with the WIFI. In order to connect to WIFI, you need to turn off "Enable External Servers" under OCPP servers To do that, you need to have the TERRACONFIG APP, but this app is available ONLY for ABB technicians. Look for Terra AC Chargersync App and webportal - in pg. 14 of manual, you will see how to do this.

2022-11-01	Sh*****	Doesn't work. The WiFi won't connect even though the status light is solid indicating its connected. After some research I can see that this is a common issue which ABB hasn't addressed correctly. Will be returning this box. Expensive and still doesn't work. Cheaper alternative that work. Let down of a product

2022-07-31	Ka*****	I cannot reconfigure the Energy Plan. Every time I click on it, the app window disappears. All other functions work fine, but not Energy Plan. Anyone else have this issue ? Otherwise the app is ok/average. At least two other features need to be improved as a priority. 1. Should not logout of the app regularly 2. Allow connection to the charger via WiFi (and not only Bluetooth)

2022-06-15	Ot*****	The app looks promising at first. But then realisation comes that the connectivity is there but it is pointless. Ethernet and WiFi can't be used and Bluetooth is asking for GPS on before connecting like the charger is mobile. Good charger with potentially good app is just converted to a wall socket.

2022-06-11	Ro*****	I had to read these comments as I was not able to find any other contact us details within the app. Despite all the negative reviews i have read in which i found identified, i still want to give the opportunity to place my concern. I have an underground garage, so no access to internet on my phone but only Bluetooth. I just sent to use the app as an additional charging card, which i assume in the option CARD, but not sure it works. Can you please advise? Thanks
