VioTerm

VioTerm is a terminal and SSH client built for Android, letting you run the command line, connect to and manage remote servers right from your phone or tablet.

[Local Terminal]
Runs Android's built-in shell with real pty support and multi-tab sessions, so you can execute commands on your device anytime.

[SSH Client]
- Password, ed25519, and RSA-4096 key authentication
- Generate and import keys in-app
- known_hosts fingerprint verification with a red alert on key changes to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks

[Multi-Address Hosts & Failover]
A single host can hold multiple IPs or domains. Connections fail over top to bottom, and the successful address moves to the front. Works for terminal, SFTP, and VNC alike.

[tmux Reconnect]
Enable per host: after a dropped connection, the tab automatically reconnects and reattaches to the same session, so long-running tasks aren't interrupted.

[SFTP File Manager]
Browse remote directories, upload and download with progress, create folders, rename, and delete.

[VNC Remote Desktop]
A built-in RFB client connects to a remote desktop (such as macOS Screen Sharing) securely over an SSH tunnel. Touch gestures map to mouse tap, double-tap, and long-press.

[Secure Storage]
Private keys and passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM via the Android Keystore and stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any server.

[Session Keep-Alive]
A foreground service keeps terminal and SSH sessions alive in the background.
