Smart living during your studies! Developed by Aaeron Germany (developer), this is your app for the housing services of the Akafö student union (publisher) in Bochum, Gelsenkirchen, Bocholt, and Heiligenhaus.

By registering in the app, you gain online access to the tenant portal. Your apartment and contract details are always at your fingertips. You can also easily and quickly update information such as your bank details in your profile.

You'll find everything you need to know about your residence hall and the contact persons for our rental services. You'll receive relevant push notifications and important emails from the landlord. The central communicator keeps you informed about disruptions, maintenance work, or short-term outages, and allows you to report damages.
