Administrators can create, edit, and close tickets, as well as view existing ones. The app also allows for quick access to helpdesk queries for troubleshooting. In asset management, users can manage assets—viewing, editing, deleting, and creating new entries—regardless of their company's size or contract arrangements, ensuring comprehensive oversight of essential data.
