✅ The internet connection is used exclusively to verify the app's authenticity via the Google Play Integrity API. No user data, telemetry, audio, or personal information is transmitted.
✅ All audio processing is done LOCALLY on the device.
✅ No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
✅ No audio data is sent to external servers, third parties, or the internet.
✅ The microphone is only accessed while the measurement is active on the screen.
✅ The app does not require a user account, login, or internet connection.
✅ The RECORD_AUDIO permission is used solely to read the sound pressure level (SPL).
✅ The audio signal is processed in RAM in real time and discarded immediately after calculation - it is never saved.
