I placed an order for a Diwali outfit on October 21, 2024 (Order #479046). Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, phone, and through their support ticket system, I have yet to receive my order. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. They provide excuses, are rarely available, and contact me at inconvenient times. When I finally received a call, they offered a replacement product or a credit note, but refused a refund. This is unacceptable.

1. If you submit a ticket via their greivance portal and send them a mail, you'll receive a call back within 24hrs. Don't miss the call! Also, don't try to call them on your own, it's a waste. They were cooperative and helpful. Kind customer service 2. Things there are kinda slow, so you need to have patience 3. Not premium products, even though they look great. I received small damages every time, even after replacements. SO MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO!
