This App offers online food ordering and delivery services from ChefLo's Kitchen & Pizzeria, Uganda.

SERVICES BUILT INTO THE APP

The app has the following services built in

DELIVERY MODES OFFERED

LOCAL PICK UP
This is to be selected if the customer will Pick their items by themselves.

DELIVERY

This is to be selected if the customer want their items delivered to them at their current location

STAGES OF ORDER

The order process goes through the following stages

Pending Approval

At this stage, the order is still being verified and has not yet been approved

Approved

At this stage, the order has been verified, payments have been received and has been approved

Preparing Items

The ordered items are being prepared for you

Packaging

The ordered items are being packaged for shipping or local pick up

Ready To Be Picked

This applies to Local PickUp mode only
The item have been packaged and are ready to be picked by the customer

In Transit

This applies to delivery Mode only
The items are being shipped to the customer

Delivered

This applies to delivery Mode only
The items have been delivered to the Customer

Delivery Failed
This applies to delivery Mode only
Delivery of the items to the customer was not successful

Canceled

The order has been canceled

~ IN APP CHAT

The application provides a platform for both group chats and private chats with other members,
Representative from ChefLo's Kitchen & Pizzeria and the developer.

~ LOCATION SERVICES

For an accurate and reliable service, the app uses location services to capture the delivery location during the ordering process.
Location services are also used for offering directions to the location of the business which can be helpful in local pick mode when the customer is not very familiar with our location.
The location of the users is kept private and used only for purposes mentioned above

~ NOTIFICATIONS

The app offers realtime notifications from ChefLo's Kitchen & Pizzeria e.g the Stage of orders as described below;

~ FEEDBACK FROM USERS

The app has a section for submitting feedback, this collects the feedback from the users about the quality of ChefLo services and the application user experience

Feedback can also submitted through the chat section

~ REQUEST FOR SPECIAL SERVICES

The app has a section for Request, this can be used to request for a service e.g an item that is not listed with in the app or Special services like Catering services at occasions e.g house Parties, Birth day Parties etc
