Wont load anymore just opens to a screen that sais your civilisation at the top and the rest is black... always took 2-3 tries to log in before but now it wont even let me try to log in

Does not let me to create an account. Whenever I use the password I requested on my mail it will not work or let me log in. A huge waste of time for absolutely nothing.
