2023-06-07	ma*****	Hi, I am unable to approve a critical UPI Transaction request from the app. Everytime it takes me to approval stage but never shows the pop up screen to enter my UPI PIN & shows "something went wrong" as the error message. I have raised the complaint with customer care but still no revert. (I can share the complaint number). This is time sensitive transaction & will become void by tomorrow. Kindly help on priority!

2023-04-26	Si*****	Cannot open app.. says... There's a connectivity issue inspite of having a working wifi connection... Also haven't got any email about system maintenance activities... So this is false statement on part of developer to reply to my comment in this way.. this is mask their useless app performance.

2022-11-04	Ra*****	There is showing a email verification option in app, but when click on email option then keypad does not come on screen and this problem still continue from 3 to 4 month. I already given a feedback regarding this, but I think you could not able to resolve the problem and your understanding is not better.

2022-09-06	An*****	If you uninstall-installed app then old UPI ID doesn't work so i had to deregister that UPI ID Upon doing that it doesn't allow to do re-registration for old UPI ID & i had to create a new UPI ID For another test again i uninstall install app & this time same issue. I couldn't use previous UPI ID at so i had to create ANOTHER new UPI ID! It's internal feedback tool isn't working "Please enter valid description" what do you mean by this error? No sync with Yes's already full KYC A/C why?

2022-04-16	ka*****	Many are sharing it. We are unable to login and use your app. When we are trying to login it says pwd expired and reset pwd. After resetting the pwd it says email id already exists. Its a very big bug. Fix it . Try to replicate issue with expired passwords.we are having our funds blocked in the wallet. 2021-10-13	Ks*****	False claim by app. You cannot transfer money from Yes wallet to other person yes wallet. Neither you can walket money transfer to bank. It can only be used to mobile recharge. So be cautious! Don't get trapped. Also it doesn't automatically detect linked bank account with Mobile no. Neither does auto detects sms recieved. Unable to link my PNB account.

2021-06-01	Ma*****	It's so annoying to use this app. It takes forever to open after entering passcode. My Pan name and app name was same yet it shown that they are different and didn't allow kyc, I did kyc with Aadhar and when I want to see card details, it show nothing but a sorry something is wrong message I close the app reopen but nah it takes forever'to just get open. Worst experience.

2021-01-30	Ak*****	Tried to loaded money to wallet I got success message and immediately got an error message. Money not added to wallet and deducted from my card and transaction not showing in wallet only success transactions are showing. Increased +2 stars money got credited after 30mins. +2 stars for quick response from team. I will give 5 star ratings after some transaction & if issue not exists.
