Been an NRE account Customer since 4 Weeks,and everytime I put in my Customer ID it says NOT VALID.Same ID is mentioned on Check book. Called SBI Frankfurt, they said please call SBI India , and guess what when I called SBI India they said , we have no idea what's happening. I emailed the problem 2 weeks ago , but again guess what ....no replies till now. Even to mention, I am not getting any OTP on my register Mobile phone to do transactions. I think its time to change the Bank. Maybe HDFC.
