It won't let me play the game and I have a very good phone and this is the first game that won't let me play or see

Horrible controls, can't seem to pick anything up. No clear indication of what to do. Spent 5 mins wandering through a few doors and felt a bit sick with the inability to walk in a straight line right up to an object also without being about to interact with anything. Can't even pick up a knife? What kind of horror game is that?
