Caroline's Circuits offers a structured fitness programme designed to suit all abilities with limited equipment at home. Every workout focusses on improving strength via functional training exercises which is key for longevity.

With members from all over the world you really can be part of this amazing community from anywhere with proven results!

Within the app members have access to live classes and on demand recordings so you can revisit your favourite classes or catch up on a session you have missed.

The app gives you access to the following:
- 4 live 30 minute classes every week
- A library of hundreds of on demand classes
- A 10 and15 minute series
- Yoga classes
- Kettlebell classes
- Progress tracker
- Planner to schedule your workouts
- A favourites section to save, download and bookmark classes to do later

The live classes (time in GMT but recorded and available immediately):
- Monday 9am - full body sculpt
- Tuesday 2pm - arms and abs
- Wednesday 9am - legs and glutes
- Friday 9am - strength HIIT

The classes are designed for all fitness levels and to be done with minimal equipment in the comfort of your own home. But there are a couple of things which you need to get started - a mat, a short looped resistance band and a set of dumbbells (start light i.e. 2kgs and build up gradually).

My goal was to create a fitness platform that would appeal to everyone from anywhere and at any age – to those who have exercised for years and are looking for a new challenge as well as to those who are complete beginners. My aim is to provide home workouts which will motivate and inspire you to make exercise a healthy habit and part of your lifestyle for the future.

Strength training is so important for our bone health and muscle mass, especially as we age. The benefits are huge both physically and mentally.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS
Caroline's Circuits is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription. This is available as a monthly rolling subscription or an annual recurring payment. Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a free trial period. Monthly subscriptions are billed per month and annual subscriptions are billed the total annual fee on the purchase date.

Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card through your app store account. Subscriptions are rolling but can be cancelled anytime with at least 24 hours notice before the renewal.
