Торгсофт

The Torgsoft mobile application works together with the Torgsoft accounting program and provides access to permitted operations from a smartphone or tablet on Android and iOS. Available modes are determined by the rights of a particular user.

Sales and customers

• Registration of sales and returns of goods by scanning the barcode with the device's camera or a connected scanner.
• Selection of a customer, viewing his discounts and bonuses, applying a personal discount and paying for the purchase with bonuses.
• Cash and non-cash payments. The remaining amount is calculated automatically.
• With the "Software PPO" option enabled: opening a change, depositing and withdrawing funds, generating a Z-report, fiscalizing sales and sending an electronic receipt to the customer.
• Accepting and issuing orders, adding a new customer when placing an order.
• Viewing data in the "Trade with invoice" mode.
• Selling automatic sets taking into account balances and settings for prohibiting sales in the negative.
• Work with serial numbers if the option “Accounting for warranty goods by serial numbers” is activated.
• Accept contactless payment by smartphone through supported banking services after connecting and configuring them.
• Work with WebKassa for users in Kazakhstan after connecting and configuring the service.

Goods and warehouse

• View warehouse status, balances in the trading network, retail and wholesale prices, discounts, markups and the last purchase price - in accordance with user rights.
• View product movement, availability of sizes and check price by barcode.
• Product receipt, create a product card, enter quantity, prices and UKT ZED code.
• Add main and additional product photos from the device's camera or gallery.
• View the register of incoming invoices, invoice composition and its verification results.
• Conduct an inventory with barcode scanning, sound signal and vibration. The owner can allow or prohibit manual entry of quantities and viewing of information.
• Inventory can be downloaded to the device, carried out without connection to the server and the result can be transferred after the connection is restored.
• Internal movement of goods between accounting centers and registration of write-off.
• View and change the storage locations of goods, if the “Goods storage location” option is activated.
• Check the contents of seasonal storage boxes by barcode.

Analytics and finances

• “Sales results” with reports by cash register, sold goods, types of goods, departments and receipts.
• “Period analysis” with data on gross income, product profit, expenses, salary, profit and profitability.
• Generation of accessible reports in PDF and transfer them to other applications.
• View funds in cash registers and on current accounts by currency.
• Creation of financial transactions, delivery of proceeds, collection and transfer of funds between cash registers and accounts.
• “Extract for the period” for reconciliation of cash flow in the cash register or on the current account.
• Viewing the balance with suppliers and buyers.
• Working with uncertain payments.

Employees and equipment

• Registration of the beginning and end of the working day using the employee’s barcode. Depending on the settings, you can require a photo during registration.
• Viewing data about employees and the payslip - if you have the appropriate rights and the “Salary and motivation of personnel” option.
• Accounting for internal equipment with the indication of the room, employee and inventory number.

Access and connection

The owner determines which modes are available to each user. You can separately limit viewing purchase prices, changing sales prices, access to cash registers and accounts, balances of other retail outlets, reports and operations.

By default, the application connects to a test database to familiarize yourself with the modes. To work with your database, you need the Torgsoft program, the activated "Torgsoft Mobile Application" option, access to the server via the Internet with a static IP address, and a configured connection. To scan barcodes and take pictures of products, the application requires access to the camera.
