One of the worst experiences ever. I booked a car to the airport, indicated the number of bags, and paid the money. They gave us a small car, and our baggage didn't fit. I had to carry a 20kg luggage on my knees for the entire 1-hour trip. When I asked for a refund (because they didn't provide the service I requested), they started to gaslight me, claiming our luggage was too large, which is not true. I highly recommend avoiding this service to anyone planning to use airport transfers in Paris
