Make your mobile device your pharmacy with the Pharmplug app. Pharmplug makes it easy, convenient and sometimes more affordable to order or refill your medications. With this app, you don’t need to appear physically in a pharmacy anymore to get your medications, or to ask pertinent questions to your pharmacist or get guidance on the use of your medications. In summary, Pharmplug is your plug for anything pharmaceutical.

What Can You Expect

Getting your medication:

With the Pharmplug app, you can quickly place an order for any medication you want to buy. Once in the app, click on ‘get medication’ and search your medicine by its name or its category if you know. You then follow the few easy steps to order and pay.
You can also upload your prescription. We always want to make life easy for you. If you have a prescription and are unable to interpret it effectively, just send it to us and one of our pharmacists or technicians will attend to it in a short time.The cost will be communicated to you so you can complete the process.
You can also ask Pharmplug about rare or scarce medication. Just ‘Ask Pharm Josy’ about this product and it will be searched for, located and arranged for you.
You can view the status of your order in-app to know exactly when your product is dispensed until it gets to you.
You can pay for your delivery via our delivery partner, dellyman. They are very reliable and will deliver within the chosen time.
Automate your prescription refill by sending your prescription and informing us on duration and frequency of use. Your meds will be automatically packaged and sent to you monthly on a regular frequency.

Consulting a pharmacist

Use our Ask Pharm Josy icon to have unlimited access to a pharmacist. You can consult on anything that concerns health and wellness anytime of the day.
You can manage minor health issues by consulting your pharmacist
You can ‘Ask Pharm Josy’ by sending a message or placing a voice or video call.

Refer and earn

Once you download the Pharmplug app, you are assigned a referral code. You can earn money in your wallet and use the same to buy your own medications.

Order a lab test

With this function you can select and order lab tests from the app. On complete payment, you can either walk into our partner labs or our phlebotomists will locate you and collect your sample(s).
You can use the Ask Pharm Josy function to request guidance on the type of tests to run viz a viz your symptoms.
Your test result will be sent to your email or via whatsapp. You can also request interpretation using the Ask Pharm Josy function. This may attract some cost.

What Can You Buy/Not Buy from Pharmplug

You can buy all pharmaceutical products, medical devices, medical equipment and cosmetics on our Pharmplug app.
However, you cannot buy certain controlled drugs like narcotics (e.g. opioid analgesics) psychotropic substances (e.g. sedatives, hypnotics, stimulants) or precursors like ephedrine.
Further, certain prescription drugs may require a proper prescription from a verified doctor or hospital. Kindly use the Ask Pharm Josy function to find out if your product requires a prescription.
