2026-06-24	Pr*****	2. I have 400Bs on real estate assets. 400Bs on stocks.. current worth 6Ts . rent income 11.2Bs.tax for stocks is 12Bs. tax for rent is 2.7Bs. I have to borrow 3 Bs to pay for negative income. high tax force me to sell my stocks. Devs should reconstruct the Taxes. Don't calculate tax for the stock's value calculate only for dividend income..

If you own more than 50% of a company you can manage investments with your own money insted with the cash of the company. -The growth of some companys make no economical sense, if the Per is negative they will still grow. -Some news positive or negative, they are not influencing the shares price, like they should do.
