There's less information available on this app than the previous version, and the text size is so small that I struggle to read it even with my glasses. I contacted Sargent, and they were less than helpful. I've reinstalled the previous version from my backup.

2024-05-12	al*****	Hi, thank you for the update so we can change the name of the dimmable lights. When using the AL-KO ATC when travelling it is unsafe to have the mobile screen on and look at it when travelling but when I get to my destination it doesn't show if it activated during travel. Is there any way the app could show a history that way we can see how many times it activated what value (0 yo 6) this way we can see if there could be a problem and work out a solution to limit the amount of activations.

2024-04-08	Ma*****	The app now connects to the van via Bluetooth, so that's an improvement. But the app turns the heating off, and won't allow me to turn it back on. The fridge says it's too warm, even though it appears to be cold. The only part of the app that works seems to be the lights. I have to keep a really old phone in the caravan just to use the really old version of the app that actually works. Please sort this out.

Still a problem with connecting via Bluetooth using Samsung S23 running Android current version. Phone says it is paired but app says otherwise. 2024-03-29	Mi*****	Update (29-03-2024) - newly released version seems to work as designed; Bluetooth connectivity issues seem to have been resolved; front-end look and feel now emulates the 2024 app. (16-03-2024) Pretty poor - previously the app was at best mediocre but the SEP23 version has lost the ability to connect via Bluetooth. The design intent is there but the app simply fails to connect. Add to that the fact remote access rarely works successfully, altogether a very disappointing experience.

I've deleted and re-paired, the connection shows on my phone but the app fails after 3 attempts. I downloaded a very old version 8.9.4 which connects straight away. Something wrong with this latest app.

2023-04-14	Ni*****	There is little functionality on this app. The Update in the Remote section, never works; the Power button is greyed out, despite the fact that power is on! I receive Frost alerts when temperature is 5 degrees. I have to go into the vehicle and turn the panel off and then on again, so that I can see all the remote functions! It appears as though this app has been completely neglected! Or am I doing something wrong?

Also, unlike previous versions it will only work in landscape mode, which means the keyboard hides the parts you are entering any details into, so you can't see if you have mistyped something. Keep hoping they will improve the app but never seems to happen. Gets worse with every upgrade!!!

The main issues for me are that I can no longer connect remotely (I actually have to pay for this feature) and every time I go to another part of the app it opens up a new page and the Bluetooth no longer connects. I either have to close the app completely or keep paging back. This has only happened since they removed the visual Bluetooth connectivity.
