SumiFin

SumiFin is a digital platform for submitting and managing business financing applications for companies connected to the industrial chemical supply chain in Malaysia.

Through SumiFin, users can register company information, complete applicant or authorized representative details, upload identity and commercial documents, select an application type, enter the estimated financing amount and purpose, submit the information for evaluation, and track the application status.

Country of operation: Malaysia.
Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
Collaborating financial institution: Maybank Malaysia, including Malayan Banking Berhad or Maybank Islamic Berhad where applicable.
Reference financing amount: RM3,000 to RM200,000.
Reference repayment term: 3 to 18 months.
Repayment cycle: monthly.
Reference duration of each installment: approximately 30 days.
Reference interest or profit rate: 0.8% to 1.5% per month.
Reference nominal annual rate: 9.6% to 18.0% per annum.
The annual rate shown in the app does not exceed 36.00%.
SumiFin does not offer financing that requires full repayment in 60 days or less.


Representative example:
For a financing request of RM20,000 with a 12-month term and a reference monthly interest or profit rate of 0.8%, the estimated monthly interest or profit is RM160.

Estimated total interest or profit: RM160 x 12 = RM1,920.
Estimated total amount payable: RM20,000 + RM1,920 = RM21,920.
Estimated monthly payment: RM21,920 / 12 = RM1,826.67.
Reference nominal annual rate: 0.8% x 12 = 9.6% per annum.

User information is used to manage applications, validate data, organize documents, improve service security, facilitate authorized transmission, and support process tracking, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, user authorizations, Maybank Malaysia notices, and Malaysian laws.
