2022-06-18	Ke*****	Aweful This app would not Netfile after hours of figuring out my taxes. Several frustrating hours of repeatedly tapping boxes to fill highlighted areas. It kept saying there were multiples of the same form... Then when I reinstalled the app it completely lost the return. Thanks for wasting my time.

2022-05-02	sh*****	Very easy to use and if stuck a message to customer service will result in a very fast reply and easy to use directions...I've been using Studio Tax for many, many years and would not complete my taxes any other way...Kudos to you all

2022-05-01	T.*****	This is the first time I've ever filed my own taxes and the setup from this app made it shockingly easy. I had to make an edit to one form but it did everything else for me as well. If you have access to your myCra account it can even pull all needed from online to make things even easier. Never going to a tax shop again

2022-05-01	Mi*****	Would love if the app would rotate screen or zoom out; trying to scan the entire width of a T4 means scrolling right, left, down, right... Also difficult to remove duplicated downloaded info (eg whoops, downloaded a slip twice from CRA? Painful to delete) But, these are small nitpicking items for a tools that does all the hard work for filing taxes for free!

2022-04-29	Ch*****	Used the windows version for years, the app for the last 3. This years version is very well... input response is almost nothing, you fill out your information and it didn't even populate the return information. Tried multiple times with no way of finding a solution. Ended up deleting it and getting the windows version in hopes that it works better. Better luck next year with the app

2022-04-26	Al*****	Not user-friendly. I love the desktop version, but the mobile app is seriously lacking. It's not easy input this kind of information on a mobile device and the app seems to lack the Optimizer feature which is one of the best parts of the PC version of the software. I'd rather pay $15 for the desktop version than use this free offering. Sorry.

2022-04-04	La*****	Terrible android app. The math dpes NOT add up from box w4 on the T4's on the federal claims pages nor anything else when doing the math by calculator. Privious years worked well on pc but since it's now only free by app it's terrible. It freezes every few seconds and I can'tflip between pages. The T slip button barely works amd always causes the app to crash. Very dissapointed.

2022-03-29	Ji*****	They break competibility between windows version and google play app version, return created using windows version cannot printed or netfile using Google Play app. I was using this free software since last 12 years. Now need to switch to another free software.
