It would be so very helpful if we could have someone to go to during office hours say from 8am until 6pm for help should anyone get stuck. Instead of having to wait a 24hr period. Plus have an area where if a mistake has been made the person can easily go and fix it. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post. I greatly appreciate it .

2020-07-10	ca*****	Uploaded netfile on 3 different occasion. All 3 returns are different. Also allows for duplicates. After trying multiple times trying to get a consistent return, now just says zero for e everything. It's broken and unreliable.

2020-05-10	C *****	Excellent app. I've used studiotax for a few yrs now. Always been happy with it, so decided to try the app this yr. My only complaint is it is a little bit difficult to find the different forms to add to the return. Other than that, thumbs up!

2020-04-18	A *****	Very easy to use, gives you security in knowing you've gotten everything entered by providing "warnings". Does all the calculations for you. Has all the necessary forms. Will be using every year now :)

2020-04-07	A *****	To get all the forms you have to be careful where on the tabs you press otherwise the forms may not appear. Help is very good from the support team. Otherwise the program works very well.
