My picture shipped about 1 week after placing my order. As soon as the app scanned the picture, our wedding song popped up, ready to play. Don't get this app to create your own Soundwave. It was designed specifically as an add-on to the picture service provided by this company. Read the app description before posting a 1-star review!

The service is more like a scam, spent 5 days done something you can do with phone or any online tool. No wavesound can be scanned unless pay more. The only time they are responsive is when you launch a complaint. Very unprofessional product and poor manner I've received.

2022-05-07	Ke*****	Ordered a 12x18 print from this company for an anniversary gift. Got the photo fairly quickly but the soundwave scan for a song doesn't work on it. And yes I selected app activation on the order and attached an original you tube video. I have inquired with the co. If they can't fix the soundwave, I've requested a full refund.
