2026-07-09	Ri*****	Unintuitive and bothersome system, messy account management. I upgraded to a premium account but somehow the system thought I was making a new account. My "organization" email was not synced nor reflecting my upgrade, even though my payment was processed. I lost access to conversations, and it was too complicated to figure out, and I am tech savvy! Tens of verification codes and emails were generated without necessity. Bad interface and engineering.
