Linguistic communication with the patient is a basis of nursing care. In recent years, many people have come to us in need of medical and nursing care, but do not (yet) speak your language sufficiently.

An interpreter is often ordered for crucial medical explanatory talks and documents. In everyday nursing care, however, it is often the short terms that are missing and for which there has been no far-reaching solution until now.

This is where tıp doc care comes in. The app comprehensively supports everyday communication with foreign-language patients with over 700 terms and elaborate images with short subtitles in 20 languages and a convenient search function. Many languages as optional additional function with voice output in online mode. The translations are secured by certified interpreters and native-speaking medical professionals.

The app also offers the solution for German-speaking patients who cannot make themselves understood by spoken language, e.g. after stroke with aphasia.

Similarly, it is suitable as a training app for foreign-speaking, newly immigrated nurses to learn the relevant vocabulary in the local language.

Setzer Publishing has over 10 years of experience in the development of foreign language communication tools and regularly pioneers the establishment of new formats of image-based language development. This communication app was developed as part of the "Future of Nursing" research project of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research at Nuremberg Hospital and is part of the certification process.
