I bought the starpass and Vega's wheel and was on like level 340 something and then all of a sudden I went into the game today and I got kicked off my team and the game is acting like I never bought anything and I went through the proper channels to get it fixed but now customer support is telling me to go through the same channel that I went through! Also it won't let me log back into my Facebook and there's this cheat button or whatever that you can give yourself whatever

2024-10-11	Ke*****	Overall it's a fun game, but sometimes it purposefully withholds the items you need to complete the level in time, forcing you to choose to spend coins. I have a lot of coins from a previous purchase, but I'm not going to buy more coins unless they fix this bug/feature where they force scarcity into a level.

2024-08-07	Ju*****	I love this game. I have a great team. It's all about your team working together! I do have problems though, sometimes I can't get in the game for days just keeps repeating can't connect or No connection. This is so frustrating. If it weren't for that you'd get a 5. But I've been playing nearly a year and it still does this. I dread getting updates because I don't know if I'll get back into the game or have to wait for days!

2024-07-24	Ju*****	Update: Tried playing again after 1yr. The problems are even WORSE! How do you stay in business??? It was fun while it lasted. Now the app can't see internet. I force stopped it, cleared cache & data - it didn't fix it. Uninstlld and reinstlld it - still can't connect to my FB acct to retrieve progress, can only play from the very beginning. Edit: You guys should roll back the last 4 (four!!!) updates and TEST before releasing any new ones! The game's been broken for a month. Support is useless.

One thing I hate in this game that's really annoying is that they force you to use boosters in the beginning of a round versus making the choice yourself. That's just dumb. Also I can't count the number of times a puzzles restarts in the exact same pattern as before so there's no randomness much of the time. Devs, you've read the review don't ask me to explain.

2023-09-14	De*****	I have been playing for a few year and for some reason the techs are ignoring game issues. Players stuck in the star league and is over 800 in the level. Bright star league screen. No daily challenges that help play. Players leaving. Need I say more :( Thank you for fixing so issues. I still have a player stuck at 925 star league.

2023-09-14	Da*****	A thousand times better than the other version! You can progress multiple levels in the same time it take for just one in normal best friends. The other game is beyond frustrating & it used to be really really fun, but they did something to it making it extremely hard. I like how the friends are automatically leveled up. FFS get rid of the "life-energy" feature of so many stupid goddamn games! The issue both games suffer is that the same color & pattern appears at the start of rounds

2023-05-10	Vi*****	The game itself is challenging but not too hard altogether, however for the past 3 months or so the game has experienced glitch after glitch, with support being no help - all they tell you to do is uninstall & reinstall the game and clear the cache. That is NOT a fix... The game has gotten worse after 'updates', deleting stickers you paid for as well as boosters :-(

I would be 1 match, egg, or whatever it was, away from a win and then " oopps -100 coins for more 5 extra moves". You didn't buy them, you started the round over. Extra boosts, 200-400 coins. Finally said Enough, UNINSTALLED!! I finished rounds, paid more than I wanted to, but finished. Can't afford it. Cute graphics, fun, but at a cost. Ridiculous!! Don't waste the $
