User Reviews

Reviews are mixed. Many praise the Android port as a PC-like logic-gate simulator and enjoy tinkering with circuits, especially for fans of Sebastien Lague. However, the mobile experience is hampered by a non-optimized UI, missing editing features (delete/undo/redo), stability bugs (wires disappearing), and attribution concerns. The app has strong potential but needs UX refinements and bug fixes to reach the PC version’s quality.
Pros
  • Android port of a PC logic-gate simulator, allowing mobile tinkering with circuits.
  • Fun and engaging for users who already have the PC version.
  • Often described by reviewers as the best logic gate simulator available on Android.
  • App brings Sebastien Lague's logic-simulation concept to mobile users.
Cons
  • Mobile UI/UX is not mobile-friendly: tiny controls, no zoom, and tap targets are hard to hit.
  • Missing essential mobile editing features: no delete wire button, no undo/redo, and no back button.
  • Bugs and stability issues: wires disappearing and general glitches.
  • Credit/attribution concerns: inconsistent or minimal credit to Sebastien Lague.
  • Overall experience feels desktop-centric and may require a stylus; not ideal for typical touch devices.

I would pay for this to be fixed. Maybe some other features like being able to zoom/resize, and change the size of the UI (it's very small on the phone), and organizing saved circuits into user defined "drawers". This is close to being a great app, but the glitches and difficulty of use is a solid wall.

Cheap port of the PC version of a cheap version of the original. I figured it'd be nice to tinker with away from the PC, but I dare you to try connecting things a quarter the space your finger covers. Combine that with terrible UI scaling means every interaction may as well be you trying to tap the "i" inside this lOl!lil but careful the "!" deletes the input and the comparably comical sized "O" is to rename the input... because that's definitely the priority when testing your logic circuits.
