Application in which the target audience are citizens in
areas in which SUMA provides services.
• Promotes direct communication between citizens and the municipality;
• Involves the citizen in the execution process and in the improvement
of the services provided;
• Allows citizens to report incidents in their area of
housing, whether they be accumulation of waste, damage to
equipment, and any other type of occurrence that the
municipality wants to make available;
• Find occurrences;
• Improves response capacity to occurrences;
• Receives direct and real-time feedback on occurrences
raised by the citizen;
• Receives the photographic record of occurrences in order to
verify the report;
• Allows the user to receive updates on the status of
events in real time.
