Here's how it works:
Create your activity (tailored to your goal)
Choose what you want to do and why: for example, take a short walk, drink more water or write a few lines in a journal. You tailor the activity to your goal and choose which plant you want to plant as a representation in the app's garden.

Do the activity — feed your plant
Each time you complete the activity, you "water" your plant. When you have done the activity enough times, the plant will progress to the next stage. It's motivation you can see.

Stay focused with the right amount
You can have a maximum of 6 active activities at the same time. It's not a limitation — it's a shortcut to success. The psychology is clear: fewer, clear habits increase the chance that you will actually stick to them.

Rootine shows how many "waterings" you've done in total and lets you archive activities when you want to pause or when you're done. Simple, understandable and without overloaded statistics.
