2024-12-11	Aa*****	Thanks for fixing Notifications. I hope ride history will also get fixed. You need to work on your App.. notifications never gets open.. can't even open ride history.. App was good earlier but seems like you are not investing money in app maintenance..

2024-11-15	Up*****	Worst ever app. Only good thing is you can book for a particular time, whether driver comes on that time or not.. That's upto him. Bad quality cars, unhygienic and unprofessional drivers. I won't recommend this unless you are OK to wait for 45 to 60 minutes for the cab.

2024-03-01	SO*****	Please don't use this app, the assigned driver is sending other guy for the trip, totally unsafe. They are not even entering the OTP while starting the ride.

2023-10-07	Sh*****	Worst App ever. I booked the cab but no driver arrived in time. The assigned driver refused to come whereas the the cab location showcased my location. There is no 24*7 support like they say. I was left stranded at 3AM.

2023-08-19	Sh*****	The cab arrived an hour before the time booked. The OTP did not work, so the ride was not tracked on the app. The price charged was fixed and not based on traffic and distance. The price was at least rs.50 to 100 more than ola.

2023-08-17	Ma*****	Has the worst behaved drivers. And the app has no rating system for drivers. So they don't care. They refuse to switch on AC after booking for AC cab. Take different routes and generally are not very customer oriented

2023-06-28	An*****	Utter waste App.. Without taking any ride they deducted money from my Paytm Wallet.. How Ridiculous is that. Moreover they are super expensive as if they have a fleet of Mercedes and BMW.. Uber Ola are far better. Just Uninstalled it and also made all my friends Uninstall this waste app. It should be Banned.

2022-08-21	Ma*****	Recently took a cab...the vehicle was worst and I got severe back ach...because of poor vehicle. Is spite of telling the driver. Also they cheated with high amount than what was told. Will never go to them again and won't recommend to any...they just do commissioning and don't check the vehicle details.
