2023-11-30	Ce*****	It almost always has an issue showing past data that's been recorded. Will either say "No Data Recorded" or show an error pop up stating that the app had an issue with syncing previous data collected. This is EXTREMELY frustrated as it makes it more difficult for us techs to see what programs need to be run for that day's session.

2023-10-21	Fe*****	It's a horrible app for taking work related data on and the Sync button is never available after you verify signature. EVERYDAY I have to manually go to the website to submit my session notes which is unacceptable especially since the app is made to take data. Now when we click the dropdown menu to select a billing code, the screen zooms way out so we can't even see what we are trying to bill for. Extremely frustrating. The new "font" that they shut the program down for is terrible and unnecessary. Technical support is an absolute joke. The majority of people at my job are experiencing the issues, but Rethink technical support insists it's user error. Across 50 people and 80+ devices?

Every day it will freeze or abruptly say the app isn't working and shut down. Programs do not automatically update when they are mastered out and there is no way to tell if the data collected was fraudulently inputted (no time stamps on data collection). This has led to an enormous increase in fraud with no way for employers to prove it but maybe that's the point.

2022-12-13	Jo*****	There should be folders or categories you can sort the skills and behaviors into for better management and easier access to inputing data. Due to the nature of duration for excess behaviors being very distracting, there should be a sound to indicate that the timer is running in order to prevent it from running even with the behavior ceasing and being addressed. There seems to be an error when fixing the numbers for the data inputting in that it erases the prompts, thus skewing data

2022-07-30	Ja*****	Out of the three ABA software brands I have worked with, this is by far the worst one. Data gets deleted, notes are deleted, the app is slow and crashes all the time, I absolutely hated it the entire almost year I used it.

2022-05-09	Ro*****	It works sometimes. Right now I am having trouble inputting data with TA steps, it says I need to fill out all fields when I hit the enter button even though I already have. My supervisors are also saying they can not see my notes or data when they go to sign off the session but it shows perfectly fine on my end. This app has never been completely reliable but now it is just frustrating to use during a session.

2021-08-06	Sh*****	Unfortunately I will be deleting this app as I no longer need it for my job. However, I loved it! It worked well for my data collection and made it easy to view and target goals. I also had access on other devices and it transitioned really well! I wish I could keep using it, but I highly recommend this app!!
