However, many express frustration that the app defaults to Thai even if English is chosen, making it hard for non-Thai readers; barcode scanning is unreliable; ads are intrusive and sometimes block input; and manual input for tracking numbers is unavailable. Users also request adding more logistics companies and better updates for reliable tracking across all services.
