In MindAbyss, players take on the role of Kevin, a high school student who is about to give an important presentation during class. However, Kevin, during the presentation, is plagued by an anxiety attack and negative thoughts that prevent him from continuing during his presentation.

The game's story begins with the torment that Kevin is facing, being represented through an empty space that represents his mind, grotesque monsters representing his insecurities that are constantly seeking to bring him down and different abilities for him to face these monsters, making an analogy with the methods he uses to deal with these thoughts.

Players must guide Kevin through this psychological journey, fighting these creatures in a dark and empty setting that represents Kevin's state of mind at that moment. As he defeats the monsters within, Kevin gains self-confidence and special skills to cope with his anxiety.

The ultimate goal of the game is to help Kevin overcome his anxiety attack, allowing him to give the presentation successfully and grow emotionally. MindAbyss is an adventure that explores themes of personal overcoming and self-discovery through Kevin's situation as he seeks to deal with his problems.
